Storage FAQ's

Q. When is the rent due?
A. The rent is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late on the 6th (payments considered late are assessed a $15.00 charge).

Q. How do you prorate the rent?
A. Rent is prorated according to how many days are left in the month the rental contract is signed. For example, if the contract is signed on January 15th, you will be charged for the 17 days in January.

Q. What types of storage units do you offer?
A. We offer various sizes of storage units starting from 5Õ x 10Õ to 10Õ x 30Õ.Ê

Q. Do I have to buy insurance?
A. Insurance is not a requirement to rent a storage unit, it is the customers option.

Q. Will I receive an invoice each month?
A. To reduce our overhead costs, we do not send out monthly invoices. Therefore, it is up to the customer to make sure their payment reaches the Management Office by the 1st of each month. For your convenience, you may mail your payment, call in a credit card or payment, or auto pay with your credit card or blank checks. Q. When can I access my unit?
A. Units are accessible 24 hr. 7 days a week.

Q. How do I terminate my rental agreement?
A. To terminate your rental agreement, you must send the Management Office written notice 10 days prior to canceling your rental contract. Please note, prorating does not apply to ending a rental contract.

Q. I have lost my key and/or access card, what do I do?
A. Please call the Management Office (770-456-9664) during regular business hours.

Q. Can anybody drive onto this property or do you need a PIN number?
A. Most of our facilities have an electronic gate system which can only be opened by a security code that is assigned to each individual tenant. The code allows us to monitor who is entering and exiting the facility.Q. What is climate control?
A. Climate control is a feature that we offer at many of our facilities around the country. Our climate controlled units maintain a temperature of 55 to 85 degrees. This feature helps protect your stored belongings from the extreme temperatures.

Q. Do I get a lock when I rent a unit?
A. You can purchase a new lock at your AAll About Storage facility for $10 or you may purchase your own.

Q. Do I just need to remove my lock, when I move out?
A. No, what you need to do is go to the office, fax or send a signed and dated move-out notice 10 days before the intended move-out date. Make sure you notify the office staff when the unit is vacated.Ê If this procedure is not followed, you will be held responsible for the rent that is accrued.

Q. What is the minimum length of stay?
A. There is aÊone-month minimum length of stay. We do pro-rate the month, upon move-in, so that all rent is due on the 1st of each month.Ê We do not pro-rate on the move-out.

Q. What kind of security does AAll About Storage Mini Storage offer?
A. AAll About Storage offers the state-of-the-art digital video surveillance 24 hours a day. We also have key pad access to our well-lit and fenced facility.

Q. Do you have RV or Boat Storage?
A. AAll About Storage does offer RV and Boat Storage. We have individual units that you can store other items in with your RV,Êand we do offer outdoor, uncovered storage as well. All of these spaces have great access for moving the vehicle around.Ê
